In 2022-2023 we continued our outreach programs to regional high schools in central California. The QuarkNet Center programs were coordinated by faculty mentor Jason Nielsen and SCIPP Outreach Coordinator Laura Bakken, assisted by undergraduate intern Natalie Hultgren.

The University of Oklahoma (OU) and Oklahoma State University (OSU) QuarkNet groups again joined forces for a lively summer QuarkNet Teacher Workshop.  This year’s workshop was hosted at OU from July 24-26.

Arduino code - 1) Counting Timer1 pulses with LED counter, 2) Using Timer1 to count clock cycles between PPS pulses, 3) Using Timer1 to count clock cycles & period between SigGen pulses, 4) Using the pressure and temperature sensor
