Neutrino Physics Tutorial (MINERvA)

 

            

Divide into 3 groups and try to answer the questions in this activity. 

Foundation Question for all 3 groups:  What are neutrinos?

Group questions:

  1. What are the big questions about neutrinos?
  2. What are some of the main neutrino experiments? Pick ~2 (other than MINERvA) to describe in more detail. 
  3. What is the MINERvA experiment? Include a description of some of its physical characteristics as well.

Each group reports when finished.
