Weekly Report: Week of 6/24
What did you do this week?:
This week I started a new mini project: The effect of air humidity on muon counts. The procedure is still the same as my pressure project, however I obviously record the humidity every 30 minutes, not the pressure.
Why did you do that?:
I am performing this study because my pressure project proved inconclusive, and since I want to learn as much as possible about muons, so I want to see if I can get results from this project.
What are you doing next?:
Next I will be completing this project on the correlation between humidity and muon counts. I will continue taking data everyday for the next week. Then I will make a poster of my data to share with quarknet.
Why are you doing that?:
I am doing this so that I can contribute data to quarknet. If other people are doing the same project that I am, perhaps we can compile that data and find conclusive results.
