Adding a Document to Multiple Groups

These instructions show how to add an existing doc or page to a new group without removing it from its current group.

2. This content item is added to three groups :

                   3)   Navigate to Group Page where you want to enter the content entity.

                         https://quarknet.org/admin/group

                   4)   Select the Group Page.

                 5) Navigate to All Entities option inside the group page.  

              6)  Select Add Existing Entity

7) Select the type of Content required to add to the group. In this case, we are selecting         Document.

Enter the title of the content item and select Save.

The entered document will be added to the Group.
