2024 Fall Meeting on the Least Time Principle

Rick Dower gave a presentation about Fermat's Least Time Principle for optics. With one rule it accounts for straight-line travel, mirror reflection, and refraction of light. Then we watched a Veritasium video "The Strange Physics Principle That Shapes Reality" by Derek Muller that started with the least time principle and went to the Least Action Principle.
